Serious bind for sitting on chairs

i saw someone use a bind to sit on a chair by looking at it and pressing it, not having to stand infront of it but just close enough to use /animsitchair and it actually working, anyone know what it is!?

If you do not -sit the number you will have issues typing in some numbers, unless that got fixed. Did I ever reported it? Can someone tell me if it got fixed?
