C24 Missing Objects

I was playing C24 on singleplayer a week ago, it was completely texture-less.
I uninstalled CS:S, HL2, Ep 1 & Ep 2 and re-installed them after deleting their files.
I unsubscribed and deleted the files of both content packs & map and Reinstalled them.
The map has texture but THIS happens
Help would be Much appreciated <3

Fences missing, Lights, Trees and Most Foliage.

Send me your autoexec.cfg, you might need to have all your settings put on high too, what're they RN?

I fixed it, sorta. They're just really dark rn and I can live with that. Better than nothing.
