Can't see HL2 textures and models from a fresh install

As the title describes, I can't see any HL2 textures or props. This includes some of the textures for the floors. I have not been able to find a solution on my own so Im looking for any advice you might have.

Update; apparently the game didnt automatically mount these games. For future reference if anyone else has the issue;

1. main menu
2. click the controller on the bottom right
3. click the small boxes to check the games you want to mount
4. restart Gmod
