Description: When you open the bank the initial screen is the deposit screen, not the withdrawal screen. I imagine most people are going to the bank to quickly withdraw money over actually depositing it, so it'd be handy if I didn't have to click on a new screen to do that.
What should occur: When you open the bank screen, it should display the withdrawal screen.
Pre-requisites: A bank.
Repro steps:
1. Enter the bank and walk up to the clerk's window.
2. Open the bank.
3. Observe that the screen you open up to is the deposit screen.
