Banned requests:
-Starting with increased attributes due to military/combat backstories.
-Overpowered traits
-Secret bases (exceptions made based on areas built into the map)
-Starting with any forms of transhuman modification (upgraded prosthesis, powers, etc.)
-Substantial knowledge on transhuman surgery

From now on, collaborators (rebel/citizen characters who aid the Combine) will have to be applied for through Character Authorizations.

We are now treating these characters as 'rogues' of the rebel side of the server, and subjecting them to the same standards as we would on the Combine side.

If you currently have a character along these lines with Combine sympathies, you must make an application to be able to continue playing them/engaging in rogue actions with them. If you are found to be acting without authorizations, you will automatically be PKed.

There will be a 1 week cooldown in which none of these applications will be given verdicts. After which, they will be reviewed at the standard pace.

We will pay the most attention to coherent motives for your character's actions' & presence within the current map, so tailor your efforts accordingly.
