Read up on some of the faction information,found on the Character Auth & Whitelist subforum or the Roleplay Documents subforum

Once you've done a little research copy-paste the application format into the respective whitelist subforum and fill it out, post the application and the leads of the faction will review your application and either accept or deny it

Don't worry if you get denied on your first couple attempts you can always apply again in the future
