Serious Connection issues

I dont know why this is happening, I am only experiencing connection issues with this server in particular. Recently for short periods of times I can actually play but usually my connection just tanks and I either straight out lost connection or I am just stuck in place rubberbanding.

Type net_graph 1 and check for any lag spikes. If you are using wi-fi then switch to a cable, also make sure to ping the server's IP to check if you have any major packet loss and compare it by pinging any other server in the UK.
