Crashing to desktop

When, I join ww3 and Its sending client info, it just crashes me to my desktop with no error message or anything

i reinstalled content and verified game cache

i did edit it and there is nothing in it

It also crashes before sending client info for me apparently, when its downloading the serverguard stuff. idk why. pls help.
