I was working on some U.M. stuff while trying to allow a more varied style of roleplay and avenue for development - essentially, mentally unstable people and development.
So far, I've made a guide here
I would very much appreciate it if you could give me feedback on it, as it is currently just a work in progress.
Sadly after a very tense conversation with one of the Deputy's, the most I could even remotely utilize this with is people who're depressed as anyone else who's mentally unfit is shot, killed, buried or cremated.
