Drivers or gpu messed up???

So, I've just built this computer. The specs are:

• RX 580 8 GB gpu
• Ryzen 5 2600 cpu
• Gigabyte B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 motherboard
• T-FORCE 2x8GB DDR4 memory

The computer worked just as it should at first, but then after a while the screen began fragmenting and fucking up, and after removing the drivers the fragments and pixels went away. After re-installing the drivers, they are back and I have no damn clue whats wrong. Is my gpu just fucked, is it my monitor or something, or is it just the drivers?

do the artifacts still happen during boot screen, before windows is loaded? if so, then your GPU is fucked, if not, it's the drivers.

Could be a screen error. Can you try with a different monitor? Maybe a tv? If sthe line is persistent, let me know

Look's like artifacting to me. Might wanna test it out on an Older GPU and drivers. See what happens.
