had the same problem.
you'll need:
- USB drive.
- Desktop/laptop connected to internet.
- Manufacturer of product.
Right so you gonna look up what ur cable's manufacturer's name is, like mine is Yukon. if u still have the box, the model should be there and stuff
then go on ur other computer and look for the driver's software on the internet, try the company's website
if you did this, download the executable and put it on the flash drive.
if you did that, put the executable on your main computer and execute the file, then install the software for your hardware, if you are done, restart.
