Basically, if you are emoting you can sometimes be stuck into that emote or you can not stop emoting, or change emote because the emote menu does not work anymore as well. It seems to me that this happens whenever someone pushes you or you do something that could disrupt an emote, like checking your phone or your radio
To reproduce:
Do an emote like clean 1
Open up the radio
check the emote wheel and see if you can still change emotes.
if you can, keep trying till you can't since sometimes it breaks after a few tries.
