When drinking beer, it would be nice if it gave you an empty bottle which could be equipped as a weapon and thrown. It would shatter on impact and have 1-time-use per bottle.
It would work the same as throwing shoes, maybe knock you over with some HP damage, or cause some minor vehicle damage like smashing the window.
Not sure how easy it would be to make, but it could be interesting. I guess you'd need the model to begin with, which could be hard/impossible.
