everything is fucked

have you tried deleting your entire cache of addons from your folders rather than the workshop?

have you made sure when you're in the garrys mod video game to go to the bottom right at the controller button and tick every game you've got downloaded?

Maybe somehow there's an addon conflicting.
Try removing all (if you have any) replacements and use the menu_cleanupgmas command.
