https://tarkov-market.com/ is good if you want to check the prices of things. Nice looking modern guns, certain bullets and attachments can bring a pretty penny in. Off the top of my head the fuel tank is worth a bit since it's used for hideout stuff, that ADO sight most likely, nails and the corrugated hose.

buy a bunch of horse figurines from the flea market and trade them for vpo aks, then sell them back to him

just got to find a barter trade the devs have made ridiculously op
for skier, it's the ak
for mechanic it's the osprey 9 at LL2/3 which you can get for a drill worth 14k, but it's got the restock thing on it
scour the traders for op barter trades and you'll be able to get your spending up
and if you need therapist spending just use the healing service every time you die. once you want to save some money buy a grizzly and use that
