Description: It has been observed that randomly while unlocking/locking vehicles (I've been using stolen ones) there is a chance that you will be stuck in an eternally looping vehicle unlock/lock animation and it's only cured by relogging. The repro rate seems low (I've only seen it about two/three times) so I'm unsure how bad it is.
What should occur: Unlocking/locking a vehicle should not force the player into an anim loop.
Prerequisites: A vehicle the player has keys for.
Repro steps:
1. Load character.
2. Attempt to unlock the vehicle.
3. Get into the vehicle.
4. Get out of the vehicle while locking it.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until bug occurs.
6. Observe.
