    Event Sub-Forum Rules


    These're the sub-forum rules, failing to abide by them will get your reply/thread removed, if you continue after that you will receive a mute from replying to this sub-forum forever how long the forum moderation team feel is necessary.

    • All threads within this sub-forum are considered 'Serious' and therefore any posts or replies that contribute nothing to a serious thread will be removed, this also includes memes, shitpostings etc.
    • Do not create an event announcement or feedback thread if you have not got appropriate permission from rather Blackquill or the Event Management team.

    ** Please make this in a conversation with the Event Managers and the Server Director

    ** The majority of accepted applicants will be put on trial and given another member of the event team to work with. This is so that ideas and event traits/ styles are shared between members of the event team, and to encourage co-operation between event team members. We want to make sure everyone in the team is happy to work with eachother.



    Event Team Rules & Regulations



    • Regardless of your position within the event team, you are expected to maintain a professional attitude when conducting events within the main server, or the event server. Acting unserious or abuse the trust given to you will result in your removal from the event team with an appealable blacklist.
    • To include factions in your events you must get permission from the faction leads, for instance if you wish to include civil protection you require permission from at least one headcop. If you believe their decision is unjust contact the SD or Event Management.
    • Leaking information about events other members have proposed that has not been disclosed publicly with approval will result in your removal from within the event team as well as an unappealable blacklist.

    If you have had an event greenlit and you wish to announce it, post a formal announcement that people will sign up to here;

    Event general rules and regulations?



    This has been added for general rules/ acknowledgement during events. When you participate and sign-up for an event you automatically agree to these rules as well as rules stated by the event runner.

    • Abide by server rules (unless it is specifically stated and approved by the event team/ SD that the specific rule doesn't adhere to the event).
    • Members of the event team are able to request you be blacklisted from applying/ partaking in future events to the event management or server director. If you're able to appeal your blacklist you can do so in one week after the blacklist was issued.
    • When you sign-up for an event or agree to partake in an event, you accept that if PK's are on and you fall under the criteria to be PK'd you will not be able to appeal it, if there's an issue contact the event team running the event.
    • If you want to keep a character after an event you must apply to character auth's, stating the event and how you survived and made it to the city and specific district. This is so we maintain communication about how certain characters gained specific items.
    More rules and information can be added to here over time to match current events and affairs happening in the events and server, it's up to those partaking to familiarise themselves with newly added rules.

    Blacklisted members will be added in a spoiler under the event team roster so event team members know not to accept applications/ allow those to partake, and those blacklisted know who they are to appeal their blacklist.
