Mines is called "Unbroken"

It's a cool movie based in World War 2. And it features the Japanese army. Not gonna say any spoilers.

Even though some people didn't like it I loved Dunkirk.

Not a movie but there is also Band of Brothers which is great.

how can you not like dunkirk wtf
Usually nitpicky people finding the movie "historically inaccurate" and shit.

Some people don't like it because it doesn't attach the viewer to the characters and having no emotional impact. Which wasn't what movie was going for anyways.

the only thing i found that was historically inaccurate upon a glance was the yellow noses of the BF109s

Which Christopher Nolan did deliberately so viewers can easily make out RAF and Luftwaffe in combat scenes.

People also said there were more people on the beaches IRL, and little ships did little difference but in the movie its a big thing etc.

Too many to list but I think some of my personal favourites include Letters from Iwo Jima, Hacksaw Ridge and Dunkirk

unsere mütter, unsere väter only tbh
tbh english ruins many movie titles or turns them into nonsensical titles that aren't related to the movie in the same way the original title was
