Suggestion Fix Armband Clipping w/ CiviPro Models

Suggestion: Fix armbands clipping into the Nemez cop models' arms
Why it would be worth adding: Cop player subgroups/subfactions seeking to define themselves will have an outlet via visible armbands. Future uses for events or scenarios now open.
Necessary content: Fiddling with PAC? Coding? Not entirely sure.

@Gary if i remake the pacs for every individual male and female model for the pac items that don’t look right and also do the armbands for certain suits including the cop suits that cool?
