Bug Flashing Vortigaunt glow

Description: Flashing Vortigaunt glow/flashing around it really hurts my eyes and those of others.
Steps to reproduce: Make vortigaunt turn on flashlight

Seems to be related to the lighting not support stormfox 2, must admit it is pretty bad - will bring it up

I saw it yesterday happen for the first time ever, where the vort flashlight felt like it could give somebody an epileptic fit

could it be caused by a clients video settings?

It's produced by a failing GPU. I know it is because mines failing. I've got this bug too.

Has happened to me even with a fairly new card, would it be said it happens more often the later it gets into the night? Not sure if the server uptime has a link but it's something I've considered

I got this too and mine is -definitly- not failing.

Historically I recall this being a thing for a while, and is based on the lighting of a given map, right? In areas that have little to no lighting - ironically the spaces you need it most - the light fights with it and tries to illuminate it and struggles, right? As in, the illumination of the map conflicts with the illumination of the vortlight.
