games keep crashing upon startup

i'm psure not many people know how to fix this.
I launch csgo, gmod, whatever, it crashes about 10 seconds into the games.
I have tried reinstalling directx, validating game integrity, restarting pc multiple times and looking on support websites.
Any ideas?

I can launch Lambda Wars Beta, and that's an Alien Swarm mod.
I can play CSGO and GMod, gotta restart my computer between each one though

not even sure
i deleted some random shit and i could go on my games just having to restart every time
but a few minutes ago i switched from csgo to gmod just fine
so 6 files were left behind by the file i deleted so i'll wipe the floor now

Update your drivers, when Fallout games were crashing for me, I did that and it worked.
