The Garage Trading Collective, also known simply as the GTC, is employing new hires in the area.

RULES

- Applications will be made with a new character. Existing characters will be able to sign contracts IC. Existing GTC characters(as in characters strictly created for use within the GTC) must fill out an application for continued use of the character.

- Characters will be restricted to the GTC outpost at all times. Certain circumstances will allow for GTC characters to leave the outpost.

- Characters will have to behave according to company standard. ICly behaving in a way that the GTC would not tolerate will result in the termination of your character's contract and remake or PK of the character in more extreme circumstances.

Spoiler: Backstory(Very brief)

Born 1981 in Moscow as an only child. He would tend to his father's sporting store, helping to sell firearms and hunting gear alike. Boris neglected higher education past secondary school to enlist in the Russian Ground Forces as a crewman of the T-90 MBT.

Boris was deployed to Chechnya to fight the separatist movement. In March of the year 2000, he was present and fought in the Battle of Komsomolskoye.

He continued to serve in the war until in 2002 he was en route to a FOB when he and his crew made a joint decision to desert, fleeing to Ukraine to hide in forests, to find somewhere to recollect and think things through. He and his crew barely managed to escape the Russian search teams when the beginning of the Seven-Hour War occurred.

After several months, Boris and his crew helped found and maintain a community tucked away in a Ukrainian forest, this community would stand for two decades. One night, a massive portal storm thundered down throughout the region and began to take his comrades one by one in front of him, until he himself was taken against his will to a dark and unfamiliar place where he would soon find out he was the Swiss Alps.

Soon meeting a man named, 'Mechanic', who had set up a small stall for trade. After a while, Boris offered to guard and protect Mechanic's stall from thieves and invading forces, with Mechanic accepting his offer and contracting him as a guard. Boris then sat on top of a small depot day after day, watching meticulously for anything out of place, but with guard work being a bit boring, he usually ended up watching Han and Mechanic make deals and barter with customers. Boris took notes on these transactions and learned a few things from them. After a few weeks, and a seismic battle in the region, the stall was taken down and Boris and many others were relocated to Romania.

I would like to add that there have been a lot of events and happenings since I originally signed up for the GTC, the most notable being: Saving mechanic, raiding SPIRE, and being one of the most loyal merchants (the only one at the moment).

His parents owned a small recording studio, and Rafael spent his formative years surrounded by the eclectic sounds of Brazilian music.

Despite the family's musical legacy, Rafael harboured a fascination for engineering and technology. He displayed an early aptitude for tinkering with electronic devices, often taking apart radios and synthesizers to understand their inner workings. This passion led him to pursue a degree in electrical engineering at a prestigious university.

Upon graduating, Rafael immersed himself in the world of audio engineering, working in recording studios and contributing to the production of various albums. However, his life took an unexpected turn in 1998 when he joined an expedition to the Amazon rainforest as a sound engineer for a documentary project.

During the expedition, Rafael not only captured the natural symphony of the rainforest but also encountered indigenous communities facing environmental challenges. Inspired by their resilience, he decided to shift his focus from music production to environmental activism.

For the next decade, Rafael worked tirelessly to raise awareness about environmental issues, collaborating with NGOs and leading initiatives to protect the Amazon rainforest. His efforts earned him recognition, but the escalating threats to the region demanded more direct action.

In 2020, as wildfires ravaged the Amazon, Rafael found himself on the front lines, coordinating efforts to combat the blaze and protect endangered wildlife. It was during this critical moment that an otherworldly event unfolded. A portal storm erupted, transporting Rafael to a surreal landscape resembling the lush rainforest he had fought to preserve.

In this unfamiliar realm, he encountered a group of survivors led by a charismatic figure known as the "Harmony Seeker." The survivors had established a makeshift settlement, emphasizing sustainable living and coexistence with nature. Recognizing Rafael's skills and dedication, the Harmony Seeker invited him to contribute his environmental expertise to the community.

Grateful for the opportunity to continue his mission in this new world, Rafael embraced his role, working to harmonize the delicate balance between technology and nature. As he navigated the challenges of this uncharted territory, Rafael envisioned a future where the echoes of his environmental activism would resonate across the dimensions, creating a symphony of unity and coexistence.

However, this was not to be, Rafael found himself meeting a group who were from Bucharest. Over the next weeks, Rafael formed close ties with the GTC finding work as a free-lancer amongst their ranks.
