did you bother to do any sort of research on this?

  • custom level editing software loosely based off hammer, but with various quality of life improvements
  • near-automatic content importing, be it codes, maps, or anything else.
  • the base game will be as clean as possible code-wise, since the team realized that gmod mostly relies on user made content
you do realize that we can basically port hl2rp over to the source mod?

someone remade the base game in ue4

no! gmod uses lua sandbox will use c#, we'll have to wait a few years after release to have every cool thing/gamemode back
