Garry's mod crash when I spawn any model

My single player game crashes everytime I try to spawn a model: tried convalidation, reducing addons... still nothing!
I noticed that a "Fetching Subscrition" progression bar appears at the menu - coincidence?
Any solution?

Have you tried "Validating game cache" or re-installing

I did but it still crashes! I don't want to reinstall gmod because I have more than 7gb of stuff and It would take 2 days for me to download everything again!. and yes I tried to delete some addons but still nothing!

Solved! Sorry but I think that an addon just messed something!

check on your console if it tells you something about it, errors...
