Gmod NPC Replacement problem

Sometimes when i download an NPC Replacement addon it works just fine but when i leave gmod then come back the addon just stops working and dosen't replace the NPC, for it to work again i have to reinstall the addon, is there any way to fix this problem without having to reinstall the addon everytime i leave and rejoin gmod.

They’ve always been wacky. I remember ant lion guards were giant t-rex’s and I couldn’t stop it. Lol
