Not really , they can just google that and there are sites that have specs for each of the video cards and compare them , showing which is better and which is shitty. For example GTX 980 TI isn't worse than a GTX 1050 , its way better.

i'd rather have peoples experience with the cards instead of googling it, because i dont want to overpay for something i dont need

I'd recommand the 4 gb version , its a bit more pricey , but worth it , make sure your motherboard can go along with the video card , before you buy.

And also your power supply.. processor..

Save another 50 and you can get a R9 480 which is a up from both of those cards
