Complaint: My client was arrested and charged for "misuse of 911 services", when a police officer failed to attend an assault on his person. This assault on his person was committed by an employee of the local branch of Burger Shot, known as Andrew, who struck my client several times with a closed fist. Despite the police's failure to intervene, they elected to arrest my client. The officers involved failed to check if he required medical attention, failed to take an incident report on the scene regarding the assault, and to date have failed to apprehend the perpetrator. As a result, my client has suffered both physical and mental ailments, not restricted to cuts and bruises on his person, but also has determined to be possibly suffering from PTSD involving fast-food restaurants and police personnel.

Relief or Reparations Sought:
- $600 (Refund of the Fine Paid by H. Malorice
- $5,000 (Medical Fees for Treatment of Contusions and Concussion)
- $3,000 (Independent Contracting of Psychological Analysis following Incident)
- $10,000 (Restitution for Damages to Reputation and Person as a Result of Incident)
