I has very much expirience at russian HL2RP projects. I think there is no problems with "IC" and "OOC", heh.

Gotta ask, have you played on the russian hl2rp servers at all? Post-bellum?

What are they like?

Post-Bellum? They are pretty good servers, but with toxic community. PB is the ONLY ONE project in russian Garry's Mod about CW2: HL2RP. And there is the most awful problem - administrators can ban because you show some critic about their work... But it's rare thing. I like PB only with one reason - it has my primary language. Russian language very "rich" language, so there is 6-7 lines of emote.
