It's about time I get a reboot for my broken piece of garbage PC and step into FULL GAMER MODE.

I need help picking out parts because I'm naive to the whole scene, so imagine this as like a "build your own adventure" but in the style of helping me pick out parts for a PC.

About 1000 USD give it take a hundred more in either direction
But I just want the best parts and would rather not waste money in the long run

take V1, swap out the Ryzen 5 for a 3, and buy a solid state drive to put your OS on

done

I wonder how you do get information on which part is better, what hardware is good and which is not. I'm really scared of being brainwashed by commercials because I'm dumb as a rock.
