Weapons - @Pyromancer
- New set of weapons and items to add diversity, new viewmodels for some old weapons
- Smoothed out ammunitions, added the calibre information on weapons

Faction Models - @Paul1332
- Customised models for OTA and CP with more animations and acts

Combine Soldiers
- Added three tiers of soldier to match the new lore, with different stats and equipment

Stalker
- Added unique stalker faction

Misc Changes
- Highly increases the time it takes for hunger/thirst to go up

Logging
- Added the ability for players to toggle "Logging Enabled" in tab menu settings to save chat box logs to their data folder
- (garrysmod/data/helix/ixhl2rp/logs/date.txt)

Bug Fixes
- Fixed hunter charge not working
- Fixed visor when looking at OTA
- Fixed modular clothing not being repairable with armor scraps
- Somewhat fixed combine display disappearing and not sending messages

a lot of other stuff which isn't really worth mentioning (or more likely forgot)

Weapon Fixes / Changes
- Updated AS VAL to Pyro's variant #59079
- 9x39mm now shows on a weapon's item information #59104
- AR2 damage and bullet spread buffed
- Added S.L.A.M.s as an item
- Combine Sniper laser is now synced properly and will show where the user is aiming

Combine Soldiers
- Elite transhumans no longer show on the scoreboard
- Removed dispatch radio and dispatch broadcasts from OTA faction

Physics
- Weapon knock back has been altered, no longer will be sent flying when shot or killed

Bug Fixes
- All crafting boxes now show contents #59087
- Several weapon PAC data have improved
- /SetNickname is fixed #59089

Toolkit
New bag has been added which is able to hold various crafting tools without needing to pack/unpack a toolbox

Stackable Materials
Basic crafting materials can be stacked up to 20 using a similar system to ammo rounds, recipes can be crafted with these stacked materials

No More Boxes
Recipes have been streamlined and have had boxed ingredients returned to their general material counterparts

Looking Forward
These changes have been made in preperation for an upcoming crafting rework, more focused and designed for the new iteration

Other Things
Forcefield and flare errors have been fixed
The .357 Magnum has been updated to a newer script
Voices panel has been updated to support closing categories and increased performance

Will go live in the coming days

Extended OTA Alyx Voicelines
- Added extended voicelines for the three phases supplied by @ovxy

NLR
- Added a reworked variant of the WW3RP NLR plugin, along with /CheckNLR command

New Character Inventories
- Citizens now spawn with a bag instead of a suitcase (who carries a suitcase in places like this?)
- Citizens now spawn with a random set of clothing

Crafting
- Charcoal can now be stacked

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the armor bar not showing correctly when your maximum armor is a value other than 100
- Fixed various weapon inventory icons (and probably broke some others)
- Fixed food and drinks not giving correct amounts when slurping

Performance or: How I learned to hate the weapon bases
So this has been the main focus of my time recently, hopefully performance has increased recently (compared to the first couple weeks on this map). Still looking into this as it's a never ending chase, but give me a shout if there is any issues.

Currently one other factor seems to be the source engine issue of servers beginning to lag after 6 hours of uptime - the past two days there was also a trial of restarting at 5pm before pop ramps up to hopefully last into the night, which may be worth continuing if the benefit is noticeable.

Weapons - @Pyromancer
- Added G36A1, G36K-SD and OP-SKS
- Added SLAM mines
- Fixed incorrect item name for the Vityaz

Ammunition
- Rounds can now be loaded directly
- Round stacks have been changed to be predictable (2 * box size)
- Rounds now show what their caliber is on the item
- Renamed old items to their calibers (such as Pistol Rounds)

Damage
- Limb and stomach shots now deal more damage than previously

Medical - @Appetite Ruining Kebab
- Added new Vortigaunt medical items

Crafting (Part II)
- All players now have 'A' flag
- Reworked ammunition crafts to be more in line with current iteration, also moved to 'F' flag
- Added more breakdown recipes
- Removed outdated recipes
- A lot of crafting materials are now stackable
- Reworked crafting recipe registration to be more dynamic (dev quality of life)

HUD
- Added the beta HUD toggleable in the settings

Combine
- Combine visor now shoulds health and armor values when looking at other civil protection
- TAC-3 is now the default channel when loading a civil protection character
- Removed /d from non-EOW Transhumans

Suit Descriptions
- Added an 'Override Description' option which will allow for a second description when wearing an anonymous uniform

Bug Fixes
- Morphine no longer lowers health after dying
- Removed the ability to change attachments through TFA keybinds
- Fixed an issue that prevents food from being consumed in singles
- Fixed most pac uniqueID collision errors in console
- Fixed pac error when first joining the server

Performance
- Micro-optimised a pretty performance heavy function when players are running

Some changes already live, some changes will be live at 3pm

Weapons - @Pyromancer

Armor
- Armor scraps can now be inserted directly without needing to unequip your armor first
- Batteries brought up to 50 armor repair

Combine
- Removed tac-5, tac-3 renamed to tac
- Overwatch frequency now default for OTA
- Added waypoints and pings (Currently being trialed by RLs)
- Added grapples for RL and 75, can only ascend not descend
- OTA can now see togglevisor bio data of other OTA (and also Civil Protection)

Ammunition
- Ammunition can now be loaded when near full reserve, the stack will load what it can

Needs
- Low population hours will now have a lower rate of hunger/thirst

- Gave Phase 2 OTA access to waypoints

Medical Script Values
- Surgical Kit healing amount and duration buffed
- First Aid Kit healing amount buffed

Applying Medical Scripts
- Surgical Kit will now take 15 seconds to apply

- Ground pound now requires holding right click, releasing early will stop the attack
- Vortbeam will no longer damage the attacker

Gun Damage
- Damages are now controlled by the ammunition type, rather than weapon-specific (except AR2, FN Fal and Garand currently)

Combine
- New OTA models have been added ( @Pyromaniac @WstStranger )
- Added Pulse weaponry ( @Pyromancer )
- Civil Protection can now toggle Alyx VCs for when they are stuck on them from OTA
- Added new Suppressor voice lines

Genetics
- Genetics flag added, with requirements for using pulse weaponry
- Legacy AR2s will not require the flag

Third Person
- Added a config to force first person when holding a weapon

Misc Changes
- 3D Stream Radios no longer persist
- Emplacement Guns can now be picked up by non-Combine
- Various performance improvements
- Increased rifle rounds max stack from 10 to 30

Combine
- Combine now receive supply drops through in-character ordering at a supply terminal. Orders are placed by Rank Leaders and Ordinals who now have a higher responsibility for managing what supplies the garrison receives.
- Orders are delivered automatically via dropship to a random spot around the map, meaning that rebels can intercept supply drops.

Filters
- Filters are now inserted into gasmasks instead of being a separate item in your inventory.

Crafting
- The crafting menu has been updated to include the recipes on the spreadsheet.

Bug Fixes
- Vort beams now properly shock mines again. (Keep in mind what happens is chance based)
- The PSMG muzzle flash has been reduced.

Civil Protection
- New Civil Protection uniforms for the upcoming introduction of divisions.

Crafting Recipes
- Binoculars are now craftable.
- Most melee weapons have had a breakdown added to them.
- Bandages now have a breakdown.
- You can now craft sewing needles.
- The recipe for reinforcing suits has been moved from T to L.

Scoreboard
- Citizens will no longer have their outfit model (gasmasks, etc) shown on the scoreboard.
- Civil Protection now show as being permanently in-uniform on the scoreboard for non-Combine.

1/9 Changelog

Combine Changes
- Commander and the APF now have a proper class. The commander class is automatically assigned, whereas the APF class will have to be swapped to using /becomeclass APF

Weapon Changes
- The SPAS-12 has been buffed.
- The stevens has been nerfed.
This was changed as currently all shotguns are almost functionally the same due to the caliber changes.

Staff Changes
- Staff chars can now activate Combine lights.
- Admins can now set hunger/thirst/needs rather than just super admins.

Bug Fixes
- The broken mp40 has a proper model now
- The dispatch voiceline for TAP has been fixed.
