[HL2RP] Invisible Models

Greetings. Currently having an ongoing issue with the server; it seems that every single citizen model except for two are invisible. I've done my game cache, restarted gmod, etc. Nothing works. I'm currently subscribed to the Complete TnB Megapack and Prosperity pack do maybe is conflicting?

This is a good point since my citizens dont have blue suits but rather normal suits due to other addons I have installed so it could be the case.

Possibly thinking that but I don't know what would be doing it.
