[HL2RP] White hands & tiny texture error squares

Issues:

Getting white hands when in my CWU uniform


Texture error squares dotted around the map

What I've done:
Reinstalled Gmod, HL2:E1, HL2:E2, CS:S
Reinstalled all the required addons
Verified game integrity
Got an SA to remove sub materials for the hands issue (I never had any to begin with)

I believe the small texture error squares are posters/images but I'm unsure how I can see some and not others.

Has anyone encountered these issues and know of a fix? This was all working fine before the map change.

Thought this was a me issue but it looks like other folks are saying the same thing in the server.
