make sure to not use it upside down else liquid will come out and rip pc

open it and use compressed air, if you dont have any then fucking run.
a vacuum cleaner with half of the exhale blocked works too if you know what you're doing, although I do not recommend as it can damage parts in your pc.

i did it with a vacuum on the lowest setting, nothing sucked in(i hope) everything's working fine, my CPU's fan was full of shit.
