1. Get a bottle of Afrin or some powerful nasal decongestant
2. Lay flat on your back on the ground
3. Squirt once in each nostril while tilting your head back so it really flows down
4. Writhe in pain knowing it's all worth it for a few minutes
5. Blow and be amazed as everything comes out easily
Can also work with soda
