This includes changing your mail, if they got access to that they have access to everything

Change your passwords, enable 2fa on everything that supports it, use a password manager like LastPass with strong generated passwords for all of your logins, and keep an eye out for any data breaches so you'll know when to (inevitably) change your password(s) again
