I had a hunting rifle out, got killed by a cougar, got revived by EMS on the spot with a refib, upon resuscitation my entire inventory was bugged in the following ways.
1. Can't use any of my hotkeys, therefore unable to get any of my guns out.
2. Can't right click any item, it's all bricked.
