Is it worth buying?

I'm recently thinking about buying HL2:EP1 I never played it before, so i would really want to.
Same with CS 1.6 I'm interested in buying both, is it worth, though?

Yes.

CS 1.6? unless you're into CS, no.

You shouldn't play episode 1 without playing episode 2 afterward though. Incomplete experience, sounds pretty shitty.

HL2 [both eps] are pretty good, despite the feeling of emptiness inside because you know HL2 EP 3 isn't coming out.
And yes, try CS:GO, not source or whatever the hell CS 1.6 is.

You should invest in Episode 1, whether it's spoiled or not. The game itself is great, but the content of that game can be transferred to gmod for more identifiable objects and less purple checkers

You should get EP1 and EP2, they add on the story heavily and are loads of fun. Also add content to Gmod that is really good for making photos and setting up outland stations in RPs and for City Stations. Also why not, they are kinda cheap most of the time.
