Is the WW3RP server ridiculously laggy for anyone else?

Alright, so one day I decided to switch my graphics from low to high temporarily, I switch it back to low and it's like I have it on high because the lag is enormous, is it me or is anyone else experiencing this much frames lag to the point where you freeze mid-firefight?

Ineu Valley is a really unoptimised map. Try playing in singleplayer and even then you'll notice the frame drop. It's not really to do with latency or lag.
