Issues Joining the HL2 Server

I wiped my addons before redownloading the whole contact pack to save on space from older addons. However after redownloading the whole contact pack (including the map) I join the server to consistently get a message stating "Missing map maps/rp_nc_c17_d47.bsp, disconnecting". I redownloaded the map and downloaded earlier versions with no avail.

Re-installing GMod normally fixes this. Try verifying the cache too.
