So... this is a not-so traditional issue.
I have all server content required downloaded, and MOST of content is working properly.
The problem is that some stuff is still missing (For example, the horse in front of medical, or some tables in stores, or the WI fence).
This seems to happen only when the content is downloaded directly from nebulous which is not a part of addons.
To add to that, all emote anims are completely messed up.
(Yes, I do have the cl_allowdownload enabled, and yes, I tried verifying game cache/reinstalling Gmod)
All of this happens ONLY on Nebulous.
