Minor can't access medium/full datafiles. Medium can access minor/full datafiles. it is right there that I realized I coded it in in a shit manner, rip

Full can access restricted files, too.

Anything above (including) minor can use /Datafile.

Minors won't be able to see Civil Records. Anything below full won't be able to see restricted/classified datafiles. Probably going to add an error message a player could add to the restricted datafile, notifying why the file can not be accessed.

No datafile is created for the following factions:

• Alien Grunt,
• Bird,
• Houndeye,
• Vortigaunt,
• Zombie,

To make all of this easier, I'm just going to create 3 separate datafile panels. The player won't feel a difference. Server will send the specific version dependent on their permission.

looks great, though I request that the font used for the headers (notes, civil record, medical notes) be a bit thicker.
as well, I hope you plan to make the white areas match the dark records (as you did say this was still barebones).
