I'm not sure if this was an issue with the sanitation job boss, but when I was looking to do deliveries the boss would disappear.
Initially when I went to go sign in, the guy wasn't there and the E menu notification thing didn't appear, nothing happened when I hit E. Did a spin around the block and then he was there and I could interact again. Went and made my deliveries, went back, job boss wasn't there. Spun around the block a few times and he still wasn't there, but I could at least engage with the interaction menu that time.
