The worlds a pretty shitty place so I figured maybe I'd try and make it a bit better by encouraging others to do some good!
All I really ask is that you post below with something good or nice you've done recently, anything from helping down at some soup kitchen, to raising money for charity.

Today (despite feeling ill), I complimented some strangers face piercings and tattoos, and gave a homeless guy a spare bottle of water!
It's nothing big, but on hot days like it is up here, its easy to be irritable and aggressive, if you can FORCE yourself to be nice just so you can post here - that's as valid as helping someone naturally.
