Suggestion Leave without paying at gas stations

Currently you can fill up, and if you can't pay, the nozzle automatically sucks all the fuel back out the vehicle.
I'd like to suggest an option to leave without paying, this would likely trigger a ping on the police system and should get your licence plate flagged, and potential deny access to future service.

Given people could go on at graveyard hours to get free fuel, this may be one that has to have a cop minimum online if considered.

Unfortunately I don't think this is something we'd bring to the server unless a gas station is operated by a player business in some form. It'd be far too easy to abuse and would likely create far too many alerts.

police are already overwhelmed since breaking into houses, car jacks, killing npcs or crashing cars and the rest create enough alerts
