Light Blue screen bug

So I got this bug during the caravan. Out of nothing my screen turned light blue and white and I don't know why. I tried reconnecting, could choose my char but as I spawned I couldn't see anything (No chat, no context menu and not even good menu) Maybe it has something to do with StormFox because as it rained my screen turned that way. Somebody please help me (And no it is not a classic blue screen as my gmod didn't crash)
