A casual thread for the Mass Effect games. I know the series is quite dead, but it's good to revive some nostalgia for the people who have played it, no?
My experience is that when I first played the first title was an outstanding experience for a 2007 game, I played the second game and it was just overall better than the first game for me, the ending was great and I managed to save all of my crew by preparing after I learnt that some could die throughout.
Overall probably one of my favourite single player series. I haven't played Mass Effect 3, and I probably wouldn't have liked to as I heard it was a disappointment to the people who had played the previous games.
