nebulous cloud discussion and its future

i know a lot of people are very worried about nebulous cloud after willard networks came out but i have a solution.

why not just make a new server? it could be called ephemeral rain which is a batshit name that makes no sense similar to nebulous cloud but sounds cool.

then our server would be newer then their server which makes it inherently better.
