BACKGROUND
Germany has won the Great War, and a new world order has been established.
Syndicalism has spread in the West, overrunning Britain and France, while the United States stands poised to devolve into a second Civil War. Edward VIII and the remaining Entente forces have been sent into exile in Canada, and await the moment to retake what is rightfully theirs. The German Empire emerged out of the First Weltkrieg as the most dominant power of the world, but even her power is being challenged now. Will the Kaiserreich stand the test of time, or will it fall to the shadows like many other great empires?

Rules:
- Common sense (rules have been limited on purpose, don't use any exploits that can break the game)
- No wars between majors before 1939 (this includes starting the Second Weltkrieg early)
- Divisions are limited to 1 artillery per 10 combat width, to avoid soft attack stacked space marines (no space marines in general)
- Keep alliances within reason, no global alliances (also, try to limit your faction to those with similar ideologies, i.e. syndicalists in the Internationale)
- Please delete expeditionary forces from countries that have capitulated
