    "Сетевой адрес, позволяющий идентифицировать сайт в сети «Интернет», включен в Единый Реестр доменных имен, указателей страниц сайтов сети «Интернет» и сетевых адресов, позволяющих идентифицировать сайты в сети «Интернет», содержащие информацию, распространение которой в Российской Федерации запрещено."

    What means all this slavic stuff you might wonder and no, it's in fact not about gommunism;
    it means basically that this site, nebulous, is included in the general registry of web addresses containing information that is forbidden on the territory of the Russian Federation.

    Now, I don't have a problem and there are out-courtial solutions I know about for this,
    but, yea, this is more of a 'point out'.

    You'd have to use technology to get around it. Is that worth it to access the forums? I don't know. Can you get in a lot of trouble for using a proxy in Russia?

    Worst case scenario there is a Russian community I saw getting very popular in the server list. Best of luck to you though.

    We've been aware of this for quite a while, not something we've enquired about.

    Yes, we are blocked in Russia.

    that's actually really interesting, the russian servers might be popular because russians can't access the forums, don't know about the server though

    Yes, the Russian players now use a VPN to access the forums.

    @Russians

    You should make a thread about recommended VPN's to use for people in your country, might help out.

    But literally only have the thread in Russian to confuse everyone.
