Serious need help with a game

got this war of mine during the free week on epic, but the game won't start

it keeps spamming me with error messages saying:

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

i tried contacting epic's support but it's taking forever

i verified the games like 3 times and reinstalled it at least 4
